How to check whether it is compatible with your trekking pole?

How to use:
1.First remove the handle of the trekking pole,and make sure the outer diameter of the lower section of the handle is 16mm.
2.Open the quick-release buckle of the connector.
3.Insert the trekking pole from both ends,and adjust the insertion depth to be greater than the safety scale line of the trekking pole.
4.Adjust the tightness of the quick-release buckle and lock it.
